Before you accept any offer, ours included, ask for proof of funds tied to your specific transaction. Not a generic letter, not a screenshot. If a buyer cannot show it, they may be planning to sell your contract to someone else.
We verify before we commit
- We confirm who has authority to sell: owner, executor, trustee or every heir.
- We check title and public records for liens, judgments and signs of deed fraud.
- Every offer shows the after-repair value we used, our repair estimate and our margin.
- You can always have an attorney look at a contract before you sign.
