Tracey Lynn Kelley founded Residios with a perspective shaped by nearly three decades at the center of residential mortgage banking. Her career spans more than fifteen years at Wells Fargo as a Senior Banker, followed by twelve years as a Senior Mortgage Banker with Fitzgerald Financial Group of TowneBank, closing billions of dollars in transactions and working directly with families at the most consequential financial moments of their lives.

What that experience made clear is that most families enter a property transaction without a complete picture of their options. Advisors, lenders, and buyers each operate with their own interests. The homeowner, who most needs objective and structured guidance, rarely receives it before they sign.

Residios is her answer to that gap: a model built around the homeowner's decision, not the transaction itself. The work is grounded in the real-world knowledge of what happens when families move through a sale under pressure, and what a better process would look like if it were designed around them from the start.

Justus D. Eapen brings more than twenty years of senior leadership across banking, insurance, real estate, government and technology. His career has been defined by policy-level work: designing the governance structures, control frameworks and operational standards that determine how complex organizations make decisions and manage risk.

He is a published author of control and maturity frameworks, work that reflects a career spent not just operating within institutions but building the systems that make those institutions more accountable, more consistent and more transparent in how they function.

At Residios, Justus leads operations with the same discipline: building a process architecture that ensures every Home Transition Review is structured, documented and governed to the same standard, regardless of market, advisor or complexity of the client situation.
