Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly when you use our Get Started form or contact us:

• Name — so we can address you personally.
• Phone number — so an advisor can reach you to schedule a conversation.
• Property address — so we can understand the property involved.
• Situation description — the details you choose to share about your house decision (e.g., inherited property, foreclosure timeline, co-ownership dispute).
• Email address — if you choose to provide it.
• Offer documents and photos — only files you choose to upload. Submitted documents are stored privately and are available to signed-in Residios operators, not to public visitors. Please redact account numbers and other information that is not needed to review the offer.
• Request context — the situation, page, door, or tool that led to your request; calculator inputs you explicitly choose to share; any partner's confirmation of the family's permission; and your text-message consent choice and the time it was recorded.

We also collect standard server log data (IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps) for security and analytics purposes. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Contact you to schedule or conduct a home transition review.
• Provide the advisory services you requested.
• Send you information directly related to your inquiry (not marketing).
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Request forms and offer uploads do not require an account. A short-lived, secure session cookie connects an uploaded file to your request. Document contents, contact details, addresses, and calculator input values are not sent as custom analytics events. We do not send automated texts in response to this form; an unchecked text-consent box means you have not agreed to receive texts.

How we store and protect your information

Information submitted through our forms is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored in access-controlled systems. We retain inquiry data for as long as necessary to complete your review and satisfy our legal recordkeeping obligations, and no longer.

No data transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Who we share information with

We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers — third-party vendors who assist us in operating our website and delivering our services (e.g., communication platforms), bound by confidentiality agreements.
